Rescheduling a Session

From the Client Tab:

  1. Go to your Care Dashboard

  2. Open the Client Tab.

  3. Click on the Client
  4. Select the session you want to update.

  5. In the top left, click Reschedule.

  6. Select a new date and time.

  7. Enter a reschedule reason.

  8. Click Confirm to save changes.

From the Calendar Tab:

  1. Go to your Care Dashboard

  2. Open the Calendar Tab.

  3. Select the session you want to update.

  4. In the top left, click Reschedule.

  5. Select a new date and time.

  6. Enter a reschedule reason.

  7. Click Confirm to save changes.

Can I reschedule without notifying the client?
No. Clients receive updates when session times change.

Why don’t I see a time option?
Only the availability marked on your calendar will show initially. To schedule outside of those times, click the Show unavailable times toggle. 

What if I don't have a new date and time to reschedule the session for?
Click Cancel my session on the bottom left of the rescheduling page. You can always return back to this session to reschedule once you hear from the client.
