Accessing Your Client List

  1. Go to your Care Dashboard 
  2. Click the Clients tab on the left side
  3. Use the tabs at the top to filter your caseload
    1. Today: Clients you’re scheduled to see today
    2. New: Clients with their first upcoming session scheduled
    3. Active: Clients you’re currently working with
    4. Unscheduled: Clients without an upcoming session
    5. Never Attended: Clients who haven’t completed their first session
