# Scheduling a Session

#### **Scheduling a Session From the Clients Tab:**

1. Navigate to your [**Care Dashboard**](https://www.emorahealth.com/care/dashboard).
2. Click the **Clients** tab on the left side.
3. Select the relevant client.
4. In the client preview panel, click **Book followup**
5. Select the **session type** from the dropdown.
6. Review available time slots.
   
     1. Toggle the option **show unavailable times **to schedule outside of availability blocks
     2. Toggle the option **Repeat this appointment** to schedule recurring sessions
7. Select the time.
8. Click **Confirm & Book** to schedule the session.

 

#### **Scheduling a Session From Your Calendar:**

1. Navigate to your [**Care Dashboard**](https://www.emorahealth.com/care/dashboard).
2. Click the **Calendar** tab on the left side.
3. Switch your view as needed:
   
   a. **Month**
   
   b. **Week**
   
   c. **Day**
4. Click on the time you want to schedule.
5. Select **Book a Session**.
6. Choose the client and session type.
7. Select the time and confirm.
8. Click **Confirm & Book**.
