How Emora Zoom app is configured

This guide is only for Zoom tenants like EHR systems to enable and configure Emora App

Welcome to the Zoom support guide for the Emora App. This guide will help you:

  1. Add the Emora App to your Zoom account

  2. Remove the Emora App when needed

1. Adding the Emora App to Zoom

To use Emora's Zoom features (secure video sessions, therapist integrations, and reminders), you need to install the Emora App from the Zoom App Marketplace.

Steps:

  1. Visit https://marketplace.zoom.us

  2. Search for Emora Health

  3. Click on the Emora app result

  4. Click Install (you may need admin permission)

  5. Sign in to your Zoom account and authorize the requested permissions

After installation, you'll be redirected back to the Emora app.

You’re now ready to use Zoom with Emora!

 

2. Removing the Emora App from Zoom

You can remove the Emora App from your Zoom account at any time.

Steps:

  1. Go to your Zoom App Management page: https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed

  2. Find the Emora App

  3. Click Uninstall

  4. Follow the confirmation prompts

This will disconnect Emora from your Zoom account and remove any Zoom-specific functionality.


Troubleshooting

  • Can’t install? Ask your Zoom admin to approve the app.

  • Zoom link not showing? Ensure your session is confirmed and your Zoom account is still connected.

  • Audio/video issues? Visit Zoom’s Help Center or try restarting your device.
