# Viewing Forms

1. Navigate to your **[Care Dashboard](http://www.emorahealth.com/care)**.
2. Click the **Clients** tab on the left side.
3. Select the relevant client.
4. Click on the relevant appointment in the client’s session list.
5. Once on the **Client Chart**, click the **Forms** tab at the top of the page.
6. Scroll to locate the specific form.
7. Click on the form to open and review.
