Using the AI Scribe

Your AI Scribe supports your note-writing workflow during live video sessions. It generates a temporary transcript during the session and uses it to pre-fill sections of a draft note (for example: Summary, Mental Status, Goals, and Treatment Plan).

• Enabled automatically for sessions.
• Clients already consent in their Client Services Agreement.
• Video and audio are never recorded or stored.
• Transcripts are not stored. They are temporary and only used to pre-fill the note template.

• Everything AI adds must be reviewed.
• You can delete, reword, correct, or add anything before signing.
• AI Scribe supports authoring but does not replace clinical judgment.
