Understanding the Payout Schedule

How payout timing works:
  • Every month has two pay periods with clear deadlines to finalize your notes
  • We initiate your deposit within 8 business days after the pay period ends. You'll receive an SMS with tracking details when the payment is sent via Stripe ACH. Please be patient as your bank may take 1-3 days to reflect the deposit.
  • Weekends and bank holidays can delay when funds post to your account.
  • You can view a payout schedule in the How it Works tab on your Earnings Dashboard
What you need to do to be paid:
  1. Ensure your Stripe onboarding is complete.
  2. Confirm session statuses are accurate (Occurred, No-Show, Late Cancellation).
  3. Complete and sign charting notes for sessions that occurred.
  4. Check your daily email to catch any note issues early. Finalize the note before the deadline, and you'll get paid on time. Miss it? No problem — we'll roll it into the next cycle.
     
Deadlines

You have up to 2 business days after the end of a pay period to submit notes and resolve issues. Anything unresolved rolls into the next pay period.

FAQs

Do I need to submit timecards?
No. Payments are processed automatically when statuses and notes are complete.

Will I be paid for no-shows or late cancellations?
Yes, when the session is marked No-Show or Late Cancellation. These are paid at half the scheduled session length.

Will I receive a 1099?
If annual earnings exceed $600, a 1099-NEC is prepared. You can opt into e-delivery in Stripe.
