Testing Video and Audio Before Session

 

  1. Navigate to your Care Dashboard.

  2. Select the Clients tab on the left side.

  3. Click the Test Video button in the top left corner under your name.

  4. Click the Start Video Test button

  5. Confirm:

    1. Camera is working

    2. Microphone is working

    3. Audio output is working
  6. Close the test window when complete.
