Updating Session Statuses



  1. Navigate to your Care Dashboard.
  2. Click the Clients tab on the left side.
  3. Select the relevant client.
  4. Click on the relevant appointment in the client’s session list.
  5. Once on the Client Chart, click the Edit Status button in the top left corner under the client's name

  6. Select the session status from the dropdown.
  7. If applicable, check off the acknowledgement that the client was notified.
  8. Click the colored Mark as [Status] button to save

Can I change the status in the future?
Yes. If you need to change the status, you can click the Edit Status button to remove the previous status and update it.
